Julia approaches her work with clients from a variety of perspectives, including Attachment and Psychodynamic Theories. When working with children, Julia sees immense value in the parent-child relationship, and seeks to support that by working closely with parents, in addition to engaging with the child. She also utilizes EMDR therapy, and finds great meaning in supporting those who are healing from a past trauma or distressing life circumstances. Above all, Julia values a collaborative and non-judgmental approach when partnering with individuals and families on their journey toward healing and growth.
