Kebana Frost, MA, LPC
Kebana works with adult clients to cultivate together an environment of authenticity, depth, and playfulness. She believes in pairing profound non-judgment with active challenge to gently confront and befriend the parts of us that get in the way of our truest being - our Selves. "In a open space of clarity and loving kindness, change is possible."
Kebana was raised in a secular humanist household, then attended graduate school at the Episcopal Seminary of the Southwest, and now practices with a local Zen Buddhist community. She has particular interest in working with clients who seek existential or spiritual exploration. She also often tends to be a good fit for clients who consider themselves to be quiet and/or sensitive. Kebana completed a year-long intensive post-graduate course in experiential (in-the-moment, relationship focused) therapy called DEEP- Dynamic Enriched Experiential Psychotherapy in 2015-16.
