Juliana is a creative, authentic, spiritual, compassionate and skilled psychotherapist who has been practicing for over 20 years. She has a warm, personable, and practical style to counseling.
Juliana has broad training and experience in somatic based practices, attachment therapy, mindfulness, gestalt and parts work, CBT, DBT, anxiety reduction coping skills, spiritual direction, as well as journaling for self-discovery and art therapy modalities. She promotes healing in her clients by discerning the best therapeutic framework and coping skills that meet their needs. In her practice she enjoys supporting clients working through grief, life transitions, couple conflict, family issues, self-esteem, anxiety and panic attacks, depression, trauma, spiritual or religious issues, LGBTQ struggles, and aging.
Juliana's goal is to team up with clients in a way that inspires, encourages, and facilitates their creating a resilient, wise, and joyful way of living.
