Catherine is a Certified Parama BodyTalk Practitioner who continues to receive her training from all over the country. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist from the Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage, one of the finest massage and bodywork training programs in the U.S. With adults, teens and children, she works at the cellular level of all physical, emotional and mental health imbalances thus allowing the body's own healing abilities to effect change, resulting in long-lasting, ongoing improvements in her clients health.
