Q:How do I choose a psychotherapist?
- Most psychotherapists have areas of expertise, which will be included in their member profiles So start there. References are also a good way to get an initial list of prospective therapists. At Weavings Wellness Group, we also encourage potential clients to meet with any psychotherapist in our group. This is a chance to ask questions about approach, philosophies, and ultimately to ensure that you feel completely comfortable with that therapist. If for some reason, you do not find the right fit, we will be glad to provide referrals.
